Mark is the owner of Xtreme Wholesale and Home Improvements. He has been in construction and project management for over 20 years and in realty for 8. His honesty and trustworthiness will help you to know that he will treat you right when it comes to your remodeling project.

Sasha is our kitchen and bath designer with six years of experience and training in interior design and project management. She was one of the Top 20 designers in the region in 2019 and is passionate about home improvement. She loves to see customers happy with their finished projects and her warmth and creativity is the perfect asset to any design job.

Brenda comes to Xtreme with 24 years of design experience based around the cabinet industry. With a construction background, she is a self-taught and very motivated designer. This helps to make her passionate about her work. We consider her an expert at pulling it all together when it counts. Her ability to understand her client's needs is phenomenal. When Brenda is not busy putting special touches on important projects, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening and travel!

Mindy French joins Xtreme’s team as a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in administrative support as our Office Manager. Known for her energetic personality and meticulous attention to detail, she excels in creating efficient workflows and fostering positive workplace environments. Mindy’s commitment to excellence and her dynamic approach makes her a vital asset to our team.

With 15 years of hands-on installation experience, Shelby has a deep understanding of the industry that sets him apart. His career began in installation, where he honed his skills and developed a keen eye for quality & detail. This extensive background allows him to offer clients expert guidance on both practical & aesthetic aspects of flooring. In his sales role, Shelby combines his technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping customers. His ability to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand advice ensures that clients are well-informed and confident in their choices.

Scott is a dedicated project manager with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction, and a specialized focus on project management and sales for the past 7 years. Known for his commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, he takes a personalized approach to each project - listening closely to clients and delivering tailored solutions.
